New Moon Whisky has been matured in a carefully selected Bruges beer cask, giving it a unique character where whisky meets the rich heritage of Belgian brewing.
On the nose and palate, sweet vanilla and crisp apple take centre stage, complemented by subtle malty and fruity notes from the former beer cask. The result is remarkably smooth and approachable.
At 55% ABV, this is a powerful whisky — yet surprisingly light and easy-drinking on the palate. That smoothness can make it deceptively easy to drink, so its strength deserves respect.
